Whether they are vegans, vegetarians or meat eaters, most people love plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds prepared in one way or another because they are deliciously fun and delightfully colorful. However, not many actually think of them as the super power foods that they are.
I view these vegan foods as natural treasures — as generous gifts from Mother Nature who wants us to thrive with optimal wellness of body and mind.
With that in mind, allow me a few minutes of your time to introduce you to just a handful of plant-based foods and to show you just how beneficial they are to your health.
